Effective date: September 22, 2026
TinySorts ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a sorting game for children and families. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the App collects, what it doesn't, and how it's handled. TinySorts was built with kids' privacy as a starting point: the App does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not collect or sell personal information.
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not ask for, collect, or store any of the following, from children or adults:
- Names, email addresses, birthdates, or other contact information
- Photos, camera, or microphone access
- Precise or approximate location
- Contacts, calendars, or other device data
- Advertising identifiers or data used for ad targeting
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or any other tracking data sent to us or to a third-party analytics service
There is no account creation, sign-in, chat, or any other way for a child to enter personal information or communicate with strangers inside the App.
2. Information stored on your device
To remember progress between play sessions, TinySorts saves a small amount of information locally on the device itself, using standard app storage. This never leaves the device and is never sent to us or to anyone else. It includes:
- The selected age group, and which levels are completed and how many stars were earned
- Total score / XP, and what has been unlocked or equipped in the shop (robot, cosmetics, Adventure Map progress)
- Sound settings (on/off, sound style, applause on/off)
This data is removed automatically if the App is deleted, or if its storage is cleared from your device's settings.
3. Network connections
TinySorts works without an internet connection for regular play. The one exception: the first time the App runs, it may download a font file (used to display text on screen) from Google's font service. As with any network request, standard technical information such as your device's IP address is exchanged as part of that download; TinySorts does not add any personal or usage information to it, and that request is covered by Google's own privacy policy. Aside from this, the App makes no other network requests and contains no advertising or analytics software development kits (SDKs).
4. Children's privacy
TinySorts is designed to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal information is collected in the first place, there is nothing to disclose to third parties or to use for advertising. We recommend that a parent or guardian be present when young children first set up the App. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information some other way (for example, in a support email), please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
5. Real-world rewards feature
The App lets a child "redeem" optional real-world rewards (such as extra screen time or picking a family activity) using in-app points. This is only a tracker inside the App — no reward is shipped, delivered, or purchased by us. It is entirely up to a parent or caregiver to notice a redemption and follow through in person, and no information about it is sent anywhere.
6. Third-party services
TinySorts does not integrate any advertising network, analytics platform, or social sharing tool. The only outside service involved is the font download described in Section 3.
7. Data security
Because the App does not transmit or store personal information on any server, there is no personal data for us to secure, lose, or have breached. Data saved on your device is protected the same way as any other app's local storage on your operating system.
8. Your choices
You can turn any in-app sound on or off, or change the sound style, from the Settings screen at any time. You can permanently remove all saved progress by deleting the App or clearing its storage from your device settings.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new version at this same address. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
